Hi,
So I'm wondering do medical schools care about making sure there's an even distribution of undergrad institutions. For example if two people from my school have already been accepted into a medical school that I'm waitlisted at do I have less of a chance of getting in since they've already offered spots to 2 from my school (out of a class of a hundred or so). My feeling is that it does have an effect...but I'd like to hear your opinions as well. Thanks!

Not if your school is HYP. Since schools brag about their undergrad representation, I'd believe that it plays a role.
