For ERAS are undergrad research experiences that did not result in any publications/posters/abstracts worth mentioning under experiences?

What about research experience that were only 3 months and did not result in any publications?

Lastly, what about a research program during high school at a prestigious institute that lasted 2 summers but that again did not result in any publication?

I would include all of the above. It shows that you were interested in research from an early age (high school) and continued that passion throughout undergrad. it shows that you're genuinely interested in research and not some 3rd year med student doing research at the last minute just to put it on their CV. You don't need to be published to include it under research experience.
