Undergrad thesis counts toward BPCM?

Hi,
Just curious to know, does one's senior thesis in biology count towards the BPCM gpa aka science gpa? My senior thesis is a mandatory course that I am required to take in order to graduate and I also get course credit for it.

They basically make you write and present a thesis- it's a multi-step process that culminates with a poster session and a bound thesis. The thesis could either be a library thesis or a laboratory thesis; i did the latter.

You have a primary thesis advisor who monitors your progress throughout the semester and gives you points for participation/effort, a secondary reader who along with your primary advisor reads your actual thesis and gives you points for it, and then three poster graders who give you points for your poster/presentation. I don't remember the exact point breakdown for each section, but all together these components make up the final grade letter.
