Take which ever one interests you more. Dental schools like to see upper level classes, but if you have enough of them, they won't care if you take a 100 level chem course. I would personally take the chem course so you have the opportunity to increase your BCP GPA.

I think you should ask your program advisor about this to get the best answer concerning your career path. If both courses can count towards your degree program then that is great. I would take the 100 chem course because if you get an "A", it will boost your science GPA along with your BCP while the stat course will only boost your science GPA. My humble opinion, anyway.
