Ah thanks, that is what I was thinking. Only asked because some programs just state "underrepresented" and I know some other programs include SES/rural status in that.
On AMCAS you will be able to indicate your socioeconomic status (if underserved, family income level, pell grant received, etc, etc) outside of ethnicity and race.
