Is it just me, or are the numbers on the regional list a little "funny?" There are a lot of programs with tons of numbers offered, but several reflect zero's in the filled columns, and the total at the end is either zero unfilled or less than the number of positions offered (that went unfilled, according to the chart). For a simple example... medicine-neurology had 1 position offered in the Central Region with 0 filled, and 1 in the Northeast with 0 filled, but in the end it says 2 offered and 0 unfilled. Shouldn't this reflect 2 unfilled? There are many other rows with this type of information (e.g., plastic surgery: 88 positions offered with zero's for fills in all regions, but no unfilled positions in the totals) and I just don't see how accurate this is.
