So I created an application in september, hadn't even taken the DAT and decided to postpone my plans for a year... I took the DAT on February 26th and it says that all information must be sent in no later than Feb 24th. Is it pointless trying to see if my scores are uploaded (just to make sure that AADSAS got them)? From what I gather they will not be updating on information until the next cycle opens?

All information on the portal will be deleted in preparation for the next cycle. It does not matter whether or not your scores are there or have been received.

When you apply this upcoming cycle you will type in your DENTPIN on the application and your scores will be submitted to them. It might take a while to receive and for them to update the portal to reflect it.

So it is pointless checking my AADSAS then as nothing new will be updated?

You can check as many times as you like. It may be there or it might not be.

There's really no reason to fret over scores on AADSAS if you are not participating in this current cycle.

Rest assured when you are applying this upcoming cycle, the scores will be submitted automatically once you start your application and enter your DENTPIN, as I have already stated.

From what I understand, all information will be deleted from the system once this cycle ends. Only information of people who applied (PAID MONEY) this cycle will be saved and can be retrieved when next cycle starts.

If anything its good that you are familiar with how the AADSAS system works. In fact, I opened an account late this cycle to familiarize myself with its components so that when I'm actually ready to pay for the application in June I can save time and post all of my things at once.
