I started 2016 application and did not finish. Will I have to resubmit my transcripts and re-enter my coursework for the 2017 application?

Yup
I spoke with ADEA AADSAS this morning. If you SUBMITTED your application AND had it sent to a program, your transcripts will be applied to the new application AFTER it has been submitted. If you DID NOT submit your application, nothing is saved, you start from scratch, your transcripts that you sent in are shredded. I guess this makes it fair, however, a hassle for me having attended 4 different universities.
