If a neonate with BOR syndrome had a renal u/s with kidneys of dimensions 3.3 cm (right) and 4.0 cm (left), but with good blood flow and no evidence of parenchymal/collecting duct abnl, would you be at all concerned?

Based on your post on the ENT forum, you are describing a family member, your daughter. In general, SDN is not the place to get medical advice about your child. In particular, there are no pediatric nephrologist that are known to frequent this forum and I would not recommend taking advice from unvetted community members on a complex issue like this.

I would strongly recommend a pedi nephrology consult for further evaluation. I'm sure you're planning that. Best of luck.
