Unique licensing question

I have sort of a unique situation in that my application for full licensure will depend on training verifications from multiple training programs. The previous programs were in an unrelated specialty which don't have direct bearing on being eligible for licesure, but my years there need to be accounted for.

One of the programs has been MIA and is not answering calls or returning emails. I've even emailed the PD of the program but his response was to have the coordinator handle it, which of course she has not. I do have a notarized original copy of my training certificate which they provided me on successful completion of the year. This program is in a totally different state 6 hours away.

I am using FCVS and they are telling me the same thing as far as no contact from the program or receipt of this verification.

I'm freaking out about this and am concerned I won't be able to start my fellowship on time because of this, it's almost 4 months until July 1st.

Would you guys go ahead and just send the application to the State with your own copy of the training certificate without the required verification?

Depending on the state this process could take months. Get it in now and hopefuly it will come soon. If not, perhaps you can have their state office contact the program. That might push them into action.
