This is may sound stupid, but for the real exam, are all 322 questions unique? Or do you generally see repeated topics within a block or throughout the exam?

On my exam - repeated topics, yes; repeated questions, no. I had several "recurring themes", with multiple questions on a specific topic. Lots of deja vu but no actual repeating of exact questions. I know some people have gotten duplicate questions, though.
It's supposed to be random and overall it is, but it just kind of sticks out in your mind when you get 3 questions in a block on a similar topic.
