Anyone have any recent experience with United Health or Optum they can share (either here or PM is fine 🙂)
I have an interview next week but don't know anyone personally with experience ... This would be a specialty call center consulting role.

I currently work for Optum. It's a great company, especially if you're from retail. Consulting generally means you'll be taking calls from internal agents and patients.

I interviewed at United during my residency for a call center position. Seemed like a nice place to work, and maybe I would be less stressed now if I took that interview more seriously.
