I had applied to one of the universities for the DPT program and made sure my application was mailed (sent by PTCAS Oct 22, 2012) much before the deadline (Dec 3, 2012).
They had a supplement application with a supplement fee of $50. Both of them were mailed together.
I did not hear anything from them so I sent them a mail and I was told that they never received my supplement application. However, when I checked my bank records the supplement fee was encashed mid Nov.
Anyone else been in a similar situation ?
