Does anyone know if UC accept medical school recommendation letters/composite medical school recommendation letters in place of recommendation letters specifically for "graduate school"???

Yes. They will accept composite letters. they did for me. They (as well as any SMP) understand that your application to SMP should basically mirror your application to medical school minus the high GPA.
