You have an interview at UM tomorrow? How the hell can you have an interview there when they finished interviewing in April? Dude, if you somehow were able to pull that off then you will have no problem getting in. Anyway, they asked me stupid questions: Why UM? What specialty you are interested in? What is the worst aspect of medicine right now? Elaborate on your extracurriculars type of questions. Basically, they go through your entire file. The interview is open file, by the way. Just be prepared to discuss every aspect of your file. I'm not going to say who was my interviewer, but she was a female. She was a bi*ch, but you have nothing to worry from her, since it seems she only gives a hard time to female applicants. Good luck, and let me know how the interview went.

Hey I just got back from the interview and it went really well. 😀 To clear something up this interview isn't for the 2002 admissions cycle. It is actually for the 2003 cycle and I'm an early decision type applicant for a special program they have with FAU, which I attend right now. So hopefully in 2 weeks I'll have an acceptance letter into the program and by mtg certain qualifications in some trial courses this fall I will have an automatic admission into UMSOM for fall 2003. 🙂

Good luck with that pilot program. My roommate interviewed for that on Friday so you might be classmates with him. Unfortunately my GPA wasn't high enough to qualify for the program.

Just curious, I just graduated from FAU with a degree in chemistry, what was your major?

Fenrezz, I'm a post bacc at FAU so i'm not geared towards any major. I've taken mostly biology and biomedical science courses. Anyways, what's your roommates name? I porbably know them. Take care.
