University of California Transfer Credits

Hello, my goal for next year is to transfer to a UC from a minnesota school. But the system requires atleast 60 semester credits to be able to get admitted. Are there any UCs that requires less credits because i only have around 30 credits so far. And are there any alternative way to to get in?
