Hi, any of you know if the University of Iowa still ask for a custom evaluator form for the application to the 2005 entering year?

i think its only if you don't have a career center letter service or committee.

In 2002, they still required it in addition to the committee letter

I only sent in my pre-med committee letter and I have no idea what the custom evaluator form is for but my file is marked complete without it......so i guess it is not required.....
