For those of you that applied to the University of Miami, did they send you an email to let you know they received your app? Most of the schools I applied to sent me a confirmation email, but I haven't hear from Miami yet. Should I email them to ask? They are one of my top schools.

They didn't email me any confirmation. First email from them was an interview request.

I interview there next Friday. I read on their website they only accept people once a year, maybe that means once all the interviews are done? Just a guess though. How'd your interview go?

Maybe your guess is as good as mine. The Intwrview was exactly how people described it to be. It was really easy, nothing to stress about. They just want to get to know you and for you to like them.

I'm not sure what Miami's acceptance process is like but I was recently invited to interview there. The only concern is that the interview date is February 1st which seems a little far away.

That gives me some hope! Don't worry about it. They won't fill all their slots before they are done interviewing. They will accept some people then put lots of folks on the wait list till they see all their options.
