I'm going to be interviewing at Weaver-Densford for a grad school position. Do you guys have any thoughts or comments about the University of Minnestota (other than it's absolutely frigid in the winter)? I would appreciate your help!

I did my undergrad at the U of M and never bothered to move out of the college area after I graduated. What would you like to know?

The place is huge.
The bureaucracy is bad.
The student union was just renovated and is pretty cool.
The housing prices in Dinkytown are falling.
Not sure about Pharmacy, but the chemistry program is highly regarded.
The best bar is 'Stub and Herbs' (My favorite at least).
In the spring, the Mall preacher is a good source of entertainment.
Yep, it's frigid in winter, but that's a point of pride.
