Ok, so we all got the scary, thin envelope about a week ago explaining about the secondary extended deadline and reiterating what a bunch of jerks they have working at AMCAS. Today, I received my second thin envelope from VERMONT...and it was the same damn letter! GRRRRR. Just letting all you Vermont hopefuls know what's in store for you. Somebody got their wires crossed and this time it wasn't AMCAS (is that possible?) 🙂

Its entirely possible. I too got 2 of the thin envelopes from Vermont. I, however, got them on the SAME DAY, which happened to be about 11/13. A lot of good that really would have done me 🙄 .

me three, I just got my thin letter today (November 17). I'm sure glad they gave me UNTIL THE FIFTEENTH OF NOVEMBER to fill out a secondary app. ;-)
(Which I submitted a month ago anyways.)

That 11/15 deadline is for the primary (AMCAS) app. Thank God we're all way past that stage! 🙂 The new supplemental and supporting materials deadline is 1/15.

Actually, the secondary deadline is January 15 2002.........or something like that. November 15 is the deadline for primary application.

Yep, received and completed a little over a month ago.

I received it, via snail mail, on 9/4, about 6 weeks after submitting AMCAS (and 6 weeks before being verified).

I only recieved the first envelope from Vermont. Good to hear that another thin one is on the way. You guys know the heart was pounding a bit when that first thin envelope had to be opened.

Did anyone interview at Vermont on Nov 1?? If so, have you heard anything???
