Does anybody work in the anesthesia department at U dub?

I love their PDF for anticoagulants and neuraxial procedures -

but there is a discrepancy between their guidelines and ASRA with regards to Xarelto. I was curious why.

Perhaps if you work there, ask the guys that maintain that PDF and let me know what they say.

U dub says Neuraxial is okay after 2 days stopping Xarelto, ASRA recommends 3 days.

I'm not familiar with U of W PDF but the one you posted says 3 days for xarelto.

The picture is ASRA, the PDF is U dub. ASRA says 3 days, U dub says two.

Just curious why U of Wash has this difference since everything else is in-line with ASRA.
