Looking at the NRMP site, UW only has three spots in the match. That must mean they already signed 3 contracts outside the match.

Man . That's going to be such a sweet program; matching there now will be mission impossible.

I do wonder why they felt they had to sign pre-matches. Maybe it's me, but a brand new program at a high-prestige place like UW... They could easily have rocked the match. They'll be top 3 for me.

I interviewed there on the 24th and agree on where you are ranking them. I am going to rank them 1 and hope for the best. The funny thing is I didn't even know there was a program there until early Jan (after I had finished interviewing). I got lucky and snagged one of the last interview slots. Sweet program.
