Ask for social security number and I kind of don't feel comfortable sending that kind of information via snail mail. Did everyone put it down? Am I the only one who gets worried about this kind of stuff? lol

AADSAS application, applicants should download the supplemental application. This application must be returned along with:
- a recent 2" x 2" color photograph
- $50 cashier's check, personal check or money order made payable to the "Board of Regents."


When do I turn in my supplemental application and fee?
The Office of Admissions will accept supplemental applications and fees even before receiving the AADSAS application. However, processing of application materials will commence once the AADSAS is received.

How do I get a supplemental application?
Supplemental applications will be sent once the AADSAS is received. However, if you wish to turn in your application ahead of time, you may download the application from our website at dentalschool.unlv.edu. A money order or cashier's check of $50 made payable to the Board of Regents is required plus a 2" x 2" color photograph.

I know it states 2"x2" photograph, but do you think if mine is 1 3/4" x 2" that it will be acceptable? I couldn't find anywhere that printed photos 2"x2".

Go make your own. Drop picture into a template that's 2x2 on photoshop or other image editting software and go to a store that develops pictures. Cut it out and done!

Yeah DL UNLV supplemental from website and I guess I'm just always overly cautious when it comes to my SSN sent via mail. Heck! I dont even give that info via phone! haha.
Guess this one time is an exception.

Hey asdfray, ya I will be putting it on my picture. Also, it recommend putting your AADSAS ID on your photo and check, too. Good luck! 🙂

on the picture? where does it state this? I basically glued my picture onto the front page on my supplemental app.
I just know it said to put in on the check/money order.

Ohh whooops I was confusing it with another school. I didn't see on ADEA or the website to include your SSN on the picture. I would include the AADSAS ID though on your picture and at the top of each form just in case something gets detached. 🙂

Some schools (on their website) request SSN & ID on the pictures. I'm going to include them on all schools requiring pictures, just to be safe.
