I did... I wrote all 22 other schools. UNLV is one of my top choices, so I hope that they won't see that as a bad thing.

I don't really think that you should start an application by omitting the truth. It does not highlight your ethical standard.
Listing the schools should be fine. It just shows them that they are competing for you.
