Geez. What a story. I feel bad for you but your school did you a huge disservice by not advising you that ranking 4 programs was a really bad idea. OB Gyn is not on the level of derm or ortho but it has gotten more competitive for some reason in recent years.
If you can delay graduation that would be a good way to do extra rotations and get updated LORs. If this is not an option, do something clinical to keep your skills up. Apply for a research spot if possible. You need to be able to say you did something in that extra year. Sia simbas post had some good advice.
Your scores are pretty good to be honest and if you had applied and ranked appropriately this first time around you could have gotten into a solid academic program no problem.
When you apply for the next round, apply to a $hitload of places. If you have to apply to every single program, then go for it. I don't say this to be mean, but going through the match a second time makes you damaged goods to a certain extent, so you have to be aggressive. I am not ashamed to say that I applied to every program (sub 200 step 1, repeated a year of medical school etc) and went on almost 40 interviews and matched at like number 38.
Now is not the time to be cheap with applying since a degree is worthless without a residency. If you get a bunch of interviews, great, you can be choosy and go on like 15 and cancel the rest.
