UNMC Merit Scholarship

I was wondering if anyone knows if the merit scholarships UNMC gives out are renewable after the first year. Thanks

The first year is based on ugrad grades/MCAT. Every year after that is based on medical school grades.

Not sure...they made it sound like the people at the top coming in are not neccessarily the top throughout medical school. I didn't hear anything more than that.
