Unsecured loan - debt consolidation

So my wife(the MD) and are looking to get a unsecured term (installment) loan to consolidate and pay off our credit cards while she is still in residency. We've been looking into the SunTrust loan for doctors...has anyone ever used them for it?
Or any other recommendations...?

Have you looked into the Chase Slate card or Alliant Credit Union's Visa? Both are 0% interest with a 0% balance transfer fee. If you still have good credit, these are the way to go to eliminate debt. Slate is 0% for 15 months and Alliant is for 12 months.

Actually went with Suntrust...so far so, waiting to get he loan doc's....it's actually a great program. I would advise anyone to check it (rate is ok we went with the fixed rate - but terms are great)
