Unsolicited E-mail from SLU

They were encouraging me to send them my AMCAS.

What's up with that? How did they even get my info?

I've gotten several emails from medical schools as well. I think you are on file through AMCAS and so they can get your email that way.

i could see that, but the e-mail they sent it to is not one that's on my AMCAS.

a friend of mine didn't even submit AMCAS this year and she got an e-mail as well..so who knows how they are getting the e-mail info.

A bunch of us also got that email a week or two ago.

I had already been complete at the school for about a week.

I think it has to do with what option you chose for releasing scores when you registered for the MCAT. [* pg. 9] I haven't even submitted my primary yet, but I've gotten the same email from SLU.

I think so too.

You'll also get a lot of stuff in the mail and email over the next year or so about some graduate programs in podiatry and anesthesia and stuff like that.
