hey guys, I got the following in early September through email and it showed on the UOP DDS Application Status website: "Allow 7 to 8 weeks for Review"

"We would like to inform you that your application is now under active review. During this time, your file will reviewed by our Executive Admissions Committee. Please allow a minimum of 7-8 weeks for this process."

and I just got another email with the same exact message as above and the UOP status website said the same thing: "Allow 7 to 8 weeks for Review" but just the updated date was changed to late October from early September

Anybody else in the same boat? what is everyone else seeing? Just curious.

I got that message in early september and then a couple of weeks later it went back to 'We have received your application and it is in process. It takes up to 2-3 weeks to process your application.' Still says that now.

I think UoP might be done with interviews for now. My friend called like a week and a half ago and they said for now they only had 5 interview spots left.

UOP doesn't send out any rejections before December so if you were not granted a Pre-December interview, not much will change on your DDS application website. They might update it soon to something like "Holding for Re-Review."

Vaheb, was UOP on your list of school? Did you already interview there? Your DAT stats are solid.

My DAT delay seriously cost me this interview if what Vaheb says is true. Totally lame because I was definitely looking forward to UoP. Fortunately the UCs at least didn't mind the DAT delay and got those already. Still crossing fingers for UoP...while I am at it why not do the same for Harvard -_-

Yes, it was. I did not receive an interview.
