UoP Application Status: Missing letters? They have 3 - Do they really want 5?

My UoP app status (that I have checked today for the first time) indicates my app is ON HOLD, although it seems they should have had everything for at least a month now. They say in comments "Missing Letters" although they show that I have 3 (2 from science professors, 1 from dentist). There are spots on the status page for 5 letters. What gives? The website says they only want 3 letters, yet there is room for 5. They say they are missing my letters, yet they have them.

What is going on?

My guess is that they just took a while to process everything and are not quite up to date.

i am having the same issue. i think its probably because i just paid them like a week ago.

I'm in the same boat. They have my letters but the status says on hold, waiting for letters.

I'm sorry if someone already asked this but my status says the same thing about waiting for the letters although they have already received by aadsas and fee awhile ago. Do I have to send them my LORs personally or do they take the AADSAS ones?

htey get hte Aadsas ones...i dont think you should worry about it..they got four of my aadsas ones and now im "Under review" since like a month ago

Mine has said the same thing for the last two weeks. They have received four letters, but say my app is on hold because they are waiting on letters. Does anyone have the number to call about this or know where I can get it? Thanks

I just called them today...(415) 929-6491 The lady told me they won't have the letters up until they have already reviewed your file.

Maybe I should know this, but when you say you checked your app status, do you mean on AADSAS or somewhere else? On my AADSAS app, the status by all of the schools is blank, so i figured they never update it.

I have 4 letters posted on the page (2 science, 1 boss, 1 dentist) and the 5th spot is left blank. My application is currently under review... so you don't need 5. Actually their webpage says you only need 3 = 2 Science and 1 boss.

go there then click on APPLICANTS and then DOCTOR OF DENTAL SURGERY and then APPLICATION STATUS.

I called them a few days ago and they said they take both, mailed personally or from aadsas. I also asked her how my application looked besides not having my letters in and she said it was good except for my 18 in RC, which was their minimum cut-off. She said they liked to see 20 in all sections, but they don't really care too much about QR.
