Does anyone have an "Up to Date" login and pass that they wouldn't mind sharing or bartering? We could work out the details. Sorry I know this isn't ethical, but I'm a poor resident.

No. Buy a discounted group subscription with some of your collegues. Or ask your program to buy a stand-alone copy. Not only is it illegal, Uptodate blocks multiple log-ins so having two people use the same log-in would be difficult at best.
