Updated Contact Information

When I turned in applications in September, I was not in US and hence had my old phone number (Outside US).
Since January I am here and did update the contact information on Day 1 with local phone number.
The ADTS then showed a new date for Profile in front of all the programs where i applied to.

In SOAP applications, for the programs I reapplied to did not download the new set of application and instead only the updated personal statement had a new date in front of it. The new programs I applied to have downloaded the whole application and hence, have the new number.

Does this mean the reapplied programs do not have my new contact number?
Shall I write them an email informing about this? Will this be a violation?

With this being a new process and all, it's best to think "safe" and not risk "irregular activity."

It's safe to think that the program really did download the entire updated application since I don't think they'll have time to find your one application out of the thousands they already had from the main match. The programs are stressing out and I doubt they have time to be organized like they were for the main match. I think you'll be fine in this aspect. Just be patient and try to avoid getting an eye twitch like mine.

It's best to be on the safe side and NOT contact them for any reason. If NRMP finds out about the communication and that simple email ended up being a 'violation,' then I'd say it wasn't worth it. I know, you're anxious as we all are. We'll get through this somehow. Stay strong.
