Updates: Projected hours?

If you completed a significant amount of hours as a continuation of an activity, and these hours had been projected on your AMCAS anyways (and you clearly stated that those were projected), is this worth including it on a post-interview update (alongside an actually new activity)? I wasn't sure as I know projected hours are taken with a grain of salt so it might be worth a mention that I've been completing them all, but they still technically are listed on my primary so it's not exactly new info.
