I am currently waitlisted at a school that is one of my top choices. They are not receptive to updates or letters of interest/intent until they tell you you can send those things in May. In my secondary application to that school, I mentioned my gap year job.
If I were to receive an acceptance (edit: from a different school) and then quit my gap year job, would I have to include in my update in May that I'm no longer working for the company? Or could I just talk about the positives and only mention that I quit if they ask?
If I did continue working my gap year job, would it be something that I should mention in my update? I feel it's not significant enough to include something like "Oh by the way, you know that thing I said I was doing in my secondary? Yeah, I'm still doing that!"
Thanks for your help!
