Updates

Hey everyone!

I have been reading through some threads regarding update letters, and I was wondering if it is looked down on to not send any updates? I honestly don't have updates for schools. I've been working full-time, tutoring, volunteering, and travelling, but all of that was already noted in my AMCAS app and secondaries. I've been in these same positions since before I applied.

What really warrants an update outside of these topics?
