Updating CBSE Score after application submission

What's the general consensus on updating your CBSE score after submission? I have a previous score that I could submit, but I'm scheduled to take another go at it this July. My application will most likely be ready to go before I get my results back, but I'm wondering if it would be worth it to wait until I have my updated score (given that it's better than attempt 1, lol). I wouldn't want to get screened out based on my previous score, but I wouldn't want to miss out on anything by submitting in early August.

You’d be fine to submit in early august after you get your new score back. Earliest due dates shouldnt be til Sep 1 anyway. Try not to send on like August 31 but a few weeks before and you’d be fine

Not to split hairs but I’ve seen no evidence that any benefit exists to submitting applications any earlier than 11:59PM the night before they’re due

Fair enough! Regardless, I plan on having my app sent out during the first week of August. I'm hoping that's early enough for all the programs I'm applying to since most of their deadlines are in Sept/Oct. The earliest deadline I know of is Loma Linda, which is 8/1, but I don't plan on applying there.
