Updating LOR

I have two II's so far . One is via a matriculation program through my college, and the other is through a linkage program. I am in a confusing predicament, because I haven't completed secondaries to either school. Everything is typed and ready to go, but I am waiting on my pre-med advisor to update my LOR. He submitted the LOR through Interfolio last year, but I am wondering if I should submit the "older" LOR?

I understand it is late(ish) in the application season, but I am curious if a letter will hold me back from an acceptance. The advisor stated it would be around the 18-19th before he can update it. Any suggestions?

If they are updating it this week, and you are already offered II's, then you should be fine. Some schools offer II's before LOR's are in, and once they are in, they will review them after your interview to determine whether or not you receive an acceptance
