Updating schools on new programs

Hi all,

I have already submitted my application to AMCAS the first day possible, but since then, I have been accepted at a Master's program and also a graduate assistantship. This acceptance was unknown at the time and I still have yet to register for classes. What's the best way to let schools know about this? Thanks.

On secondaries. Or, if there is no where on a secondary to put it, in a post-summer update letter along with other minor updates.
