Updating Schools You've Been Accepted To With Projected Hours Change

So sorry if this has been asked before; I've seen versions of this question, but not the exact one.

Is it essential to update schools that I've already been accepted to if my projected hours change on one activity (a large activity at that) due to financial reasons? Or can I wait to see if they end up verifying the hours and they will allow me to explain the circumstances then?

I understand that projected hours are not binding, as I have seen in posts before, but unfortunately, I was not aware of SDN until after I submitted my primary and thus did not know I should separate projected hours from completed. Thank you!

Hold on. So basically, you listed a bunch of hours you did not actually do as completed rather than projected? How many hours difference was it?

No, I just did not separate the hours.
For example (and no those aren't the real hours):

What I put on the primary -->
X Activity July 2016-August 2019 10 hours

What I should have put on the primary -->
X Activity July 2016-June 2018 7 hours
X Activity June 2018-August 2019 3 hours
