upenn cashed out my check..but haven't received 'app completed' mail

I sent my secondary app a few weeks ago and the check was cashed out two weeks ago.

But I still haven't received any "application completed" mail from Upenn.

Should I call??? or should I wait?

I haven't received an email or any updates on my AADSAS. I called them and they told me my application is complete and that they already sent it via snail mail. They sent the mail on Aug 4 and I received it in my mail yesterday (I'm Canadian).... needless to say, I had to wait for a REAL long time.

My check got cashed out in early July. My AADSAS mailing date was early July too. However, I didn't receive an "app completed" mail. I called them last week, and the admissions lady told me that my app is complete and ready to review.

I think it just takes time...
