Did anyone get the email from UPitt today saying their app has been downloaded into the uPitt AADSAS database and that the interview Invitations will be emailed beginning in late December?

This is the FIRST correspondence I am getting from Pitt. How long after this did you guys that did get interview invites?

I'm happy I finally am getting something from them but I was shocked to see that I am so far behind in their line of apps that I am jsut now getting such confirmation and check request, even thought I sent it in awhile ago.

yeah i also just got that email today, i guess i deserve the late interview considering i sent the app to them in october...sucks that the interviews probably won't be until january but again, i get what i deserve

my app went out in the summer even though i didn't take dats until end of summer but yea i agree...I just really want an interview! ...and then an acceptance please 🙂

did you guys ever get any other emails/mail/aadsas status changes from upitt or is this their first contact to you as well?

this is my first contact from them, i love that they made contact but my first choice interview is next week, so hopefully i won't need that interview and that will make more room for everyone else

also for everyone else that got this pitt email or anyone that knows...why did they say no status changes will be made until February!? i understand some schools take a winter break or others want to finish dealing with the people they have already interviewed but in either case they usually state late dec or jan as when we will hear next...why does upitt take til feb?

does anyone know how late they will interview until? i guess feb. just worries be a little cuz some schools finish interviewing by then don't they?

anyone hear anything else from pitt yett? I guess we really do have to wait until next year because it doesn't sound like they are one of the schools still handing out interviews right now for next jan/feb but instead they will send out interviews then.
