Hello everyone,
Please help me urgently. Since summer semester starts tomorrow, I need to make an decision. I am taking Calculus 2 this summer because I want to take Principle of Physic 1 and 2 ( Calculus based ).
However, for B.S. of Biology major, i can just take Introduction of Physics 1 and 2.
The reason I would like to take the Principle of Physic because I think I would be more competitive than other applicants who have Introduction one. Am I right?
I called some dental schools, they told me, whichever one is fine and fulfill the requirements for applying to dental school. They told me to take the one I feel comfortable with.
Please give me your honesty and advice. I appreciate it. I gotta make a final decision by the end of tonight.

I think schools told you to take whichever one you want because they don't really care which one you take as long as your grades are good and you fulfill the requirement. I say if you're actually interested in the calculus-based class then plan on taking that one, otherwise take whichever one you'll do better in.

They don't give a crap which physics you take.

Ditto to everyone. Make your summer a lot easier and ditch the calc physics. 😀

The fact that some schools don't even require physics and that it's not on the DAT should show you how little dental schools care about Physics.

You're better off taking intro to phys 1 and 2, non-calc based.
