what is the most common anomaly of mandibular 1 st premolar?

usually receives innervation from the auriculotemporal nerve, so there is a very similar question... from which nerve it would receive pain impulses from a fractured condylar neck? -- Auriculotemporal nerve but if ask about the blood supply I think it should be 1. Deep temporal and masseteric artery ( from maxillary artery), or 2. Superficial temporal artery ( from the External carotid artery)
