I am in urgent need of chancing ASAP. I will not get into the details of why but please chance me of getting into the following Physical Therapy Graduate Schools:

Rutgers Physical Therapy School in Newark
Rutgers Physical Therapy School in Camden
Richard Stockton Physical Therapy School (I have been looking everywhere for the Class Profiles for Richard Stockton, specifically to find out the average GRE scores)

I attend Rutgers University at New Brunswick.

ACADEMICS:
Cumulative GPA: 3.3
GRE:
Verbal.........................144
Quant..........................156
Writing............................4

INVOLVEMENT:
186 hours at Rehab center
Passion for Dancing (for multiple years)
yadda yadda

Please chance me as honestly as you can for all schools. I am working on getting that Verbal score up. Do you guys have any study tips that I can use to prepare myself in order to excel in the verbal area of the exam? Please. Any advice and/or criticism will be considered.

Why is this urgent?

Your GRE is fine. You haven't given us your pre-req GPA.

You need more hours. 186 hours in one setting is not good enough. You need to observe in at least one other setting.

Your passion for dancing is irrelevant.

Do you think these schools are low-match, high-match, low-reach, high-reach, etc. for my stats? Will I most likely have to take my GRE again? Will I have a chance at acceptance?

I've read some posts on SDN and they said a 144 on Verbal is pretty low for UMDNJ's standard.

My pre-req is within the range of 3.0-3.3

Will do for the voulunteering. Eventually, I accumulate more during the year and observe other settings

And lmao. Just throwing in some extracurriculars.

I respectfully disagree with NewTestament regarding dancing being irrelevant. I believe that a committed background in the fine arts shows discipline, dedication, and work ethic that is required of a great PT.

As far as your stats, verbal is definitely low. GPA is ok. With a prereq GPA of low 3s, you have a shot, but it's not a good one without a very solid essay, more volunteer hours, and without a higher verbal GRE score.

I say this because GRE scores indicate how well you read and interpret written language. Basically, how well you think. It's important because as a clinical decision maker, the committee wants to know that you have that piece covered before they admit you.

Your posts feel...frantic. Any reason why? While everyone here knows how stressful this process is, remember, you can only do your best. You'll get what you deserve, and I mean that in a positive way.
