URGENT Please HELP!!! where to apply

I just got my July scores back and I am needing to know if you think I should apply this cycle or next cycle because it would be Aug.25th before I apply

Here are my stats:
BS: 14
PS:12
VR:13

GPA: 3.94sgpa, 3.87cgpa (Ivy...dont want to drop names but it rhymes with Mail)

Great ECs/Volunteer/Leadership/Letters/Awards/Heavy research with 2 pubs already out (2nd author) and working on 1 more (will be first author)

Where can I apply...do you think I have a shot at SUNY downstate (My dream school!!! I have family working there and LOVE the school)

HELP I NEED PLACES TO APPLY IF YOU EVEN THINK I SHOULD APPLY THIS YEAR

Are you worried about that terrible 12 you got on physical sciences? Do you really need a bunch of internet posters to tell you where you should apply with amazing numbers. My only worry is that you fail the interview because it seems like you are sorta immature and drop names ("It rhymes with mail"). But do whatever you want because you will prolly get in on the MCAT scores alone (even with that 12 in PS), I just hope I dont end up in the same school as you.
