Urgent question about Step 3 application!

Hi,
I read the whole fsmb website, bulletins etc but still not sure if I got it all right.
I plan on taking Step 3 in december so it is kinda urgent that I will apply for exam now. I want to practise in TX and plan on applying there. There is no need for residency training..though there is a form that has to be provided if applicable ...so I don't have to submit right? I do residency training but in my home country and this form only is for residency training in the USA, right?
Also my question is do I need to submit a copy of my Med school diploma, transcripts or ECFMG certificate??? It doesn't say it anywhere. It only says I have to submit the Identifatio form and "other supporting documents if applicble" but nowhere it says what those other supporting documents are. How do they know I am ECFMG certified? Do they contact ECFMG? I have an appointment with a notar tomorrow to get my Certification of Identiy certified and if I need a copy of my diploma or ECFMG certificate I would take it also. So please let me know.

Just do the app on the website apply via texas because its very easy and they will check if you are ecfmg certified. They will send u a identification paper you take a photo and get it signed in front of a clerk.
