You are going to get a lot of interest but you must hedge your chances... About 10 dream top MSTPs (might get a couple to bite in for interview), another 5-7 match mid-level MSTPs, and another 5-7 low-tier MSTPs. We now have to report cGPA of the class, and a 3.47 GPA in a BA might decrease enthusiasm. You should clearly describe in your application that you had to work to make it thru college, which might account for part of your lower GPA. In the big picture, your LORs is what will determine how big is the number of applications that you need to do. At first pass, I will say about 20-25 will be more than enough.
