For those of you that have issues with the idea of URM status, this thread is for you. Feel free to discuss your arguments and viewpoints as to why URM status is fair/unfair. KNOCK YOURSELVES OUT!!!

While this thread might have been started for the wrong reasons, I think it would actually go a LONG WAY to hear some people's viewpoints as to why they think a URM status is fair/unfair. Other issues besides URM are open to being discussed as well.

"Lets try to keep it clean though and not say anything that would be offensive to others. I think that since we are all adults, we should be able to voice our opinions in a manner that is objective and not subjective."

This is quite the ridiculously unnecessary thread. People who want to flame war are going to comment on your URM threads, sorry but its the way the internet works in this day and time.

Where are the admins when you need them? This is like the 5th URM thread I have seen pop up this week. Merge them all
