US citizen going to Canadian Fellowship?

I am a PGY-2 in pediatrics in the US and I am wondering if it is possible to go to Canada for fellowship. I guess the big question is would I qualify for funding or do you have to be a Canadian citizen for that? Thanks

definitely possible in some fellowship - depends on who provides the funding etc. Look into the peds fellowship matches and look up the canadian programs that are involved.
