Can anyone give me an idea of how feasable it is for the graduate of a US medical school to get a residency position in any of these countries?

How exactly do the residency systems of these countries work? Is it similar to the US?

How do the hours, compensation, and time from start to finish compare?

You should ask this in one of the International Forums (probably General International) as this forum is focused on US Residency Issues.

A broad answer is that, it's very difficult (although not quite impossible) to do in the UK and Europe and possible (but not easy) to do in ANZ.
